Gemstones To Help With Slimming

Hi I'm back now!

I have had my head in the data and books of healing crystals for a few hours now, there is a lot said about it. The best one is to have different types of crystals that will do different jobs, like one for digestion and one to stop cravings, you get what I am saying? These will be placed on the body at various chakra points, while you have a wonderful relaxation for 20 mintes or so...more will be explained later.

So when I have found the correct crystals for the job, I can put them together as a special pack to help with weight loss. I have to do some more research of course.

As I am  Reiki practitioner, it wouldn't do any harm to have the crystals charged with Reiki healing to help with the weight loss too.

Gemstones

Hi hope your all well we have a very rainy day here in the UK I hope the weather is better wherever you are :)

If it's a sunny day it just makes you feel more alive, and you want to do a lot more. When it's raining you just want to stay indoor and if you have not got an indoor gym, no I haven't I have to find some cleaning or something to keep me busy...or writing on here which is exercise for my upper body I'm sure.

Well I'm still on the topic of gemstones... I do really believe they work, I'm going to see if there's one for slimming. I'm sure I have seen one somewhere...I will let you know for sure. That would be great wouldn't it, if there is one for slimming it just goes to show that something is not right in our bodies.

I don't eat fat can't stand it...yet some can eat fat and not get fat, how does that work? I know there's good and bad fat like; animal fat is really bad for you, it will clog your arteries.
Yet Olive oil (in small quantities) and nut oil is really good for you.

But as we get that little bit older maybe our bodies can't cope the same because we don't move about as much as we should.

Anyway just let me go off and check my data and books about a slimming stone and I will be back very soon

when you have a problem...

Hi It's me again lol sometimes you don't hear from me for weeks then I'm here 2 days in a row lucky you lol

Well...when we have a problem what do you do? go off in a rage, worry all night and can't sleep?
I think that's what a lot of us do, but if you manage to retreat to another room...and find your tumble stone Gemstone. (everyone has different properties to help you. If your not well there's a stone for that, if you have a problem you need to sort out and you can not see a way, there's a stone to help you find clarity. There's a stone for wealth, and help with job interviews...there's a stone for anything and everything.

I always try to think positive, as the Law of Attraction says we should do. But sometimes we find it really hard to do, so having a tumble stone in your hands from Mother Earth to help us is very calming and soothing.

All you need to do is find a quiet place for 10 to 15 minutes, hold the stone of your choice  and think of your problem and just be calm and still. The tumble stone will either get warm or be cold depending on you, this is a natural reaction in the stone. They vibrate and correct our chakra's that maybe out of rhythm. You can think about your problem if you wish, but usually your problem will go to the back of your mind for a while. It's only when you put the stone down you will realise that your problem isn't as bad as what you thought it was.

I do hope you don't have many problem's but if you do it's not worth the stress and losing sleep over, so soon you will have a stone to help you, get back your correct rhythem.

Healing with a sparkle

Hi everyone, hope you are very well this awful Monday morning blues with the dark day and rain rain and more rain think I will emigrate lol

Healing with a sparkle, what do you think that means? Well I started another blog, I think I told you before that I am a Reiki Practitioner, and I wanted it to be on a personal level so what better way is there to heal yourself with Reiki charged genuine semi precious gemstones, by wearing them.

I have been busy making jewellery, some really sparkle, some are not as sparkly but still have a special purpose for your well being.
